Alternative Instructions for Downloading Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files using Microsoft Explorer
Many visitors using Microsoft's Explorer web browser have complained of difficulty downloading Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files from this site. After unsuccessfully searching through Microsoft Explorer's FAQ and "bug" lists, we have compiled the following alternative step-by-step instructions for downloading these files to your local drive. These instructions have been successfully tested with MS Explorer 3.0.
- Place mouse over the link of the file you wish to download.
- Right click your mouse (PC users).
- Select Save Target As.
- Select Save File to Local Drive (note exact location for Step 6).
- Launch Acrobat Reader as separate application.
- Open .pdf file saved in Step 4.
